Shipping & Returns
Due to the nature of our desking and table products, we have to quote delivery/delivery and installation by a case by case basis. Please contact us for our best delivery options and most competitive prices.
All of our products will show an estimated delivery lead time on the individual pages. If the product is a stocked item, next working day delivery is available if ordered before 11.30am.
All prices shown on individual product pages include free tailgate only delivery to a UK mainland address between 9-5 Monday to Friday unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.
If the item is made to order this process usually takes between 2-4 weeks on average but in some cases will be 4-6 weeks, lead times will be stated on all individual product pages.
We offer the ability to deliver to a different delivery address from the invoice or cardholder address.
If a specified day/time is required, this can be arranged but there will be an extra charge.
All products must be signed for upon delivery.
Delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control, (extreme weather, a flood or fire). Design Office Solutions shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered to you. You must notify us in writing within 24 hours of any damage to your goods when received. Please also provide photographic evidence of the damage.
There is no right to cancel contracts for the supply of goods made to your specifications using product options on this website as these are deemed as bespoke.
Please note that the majority of products supplied on our website have options for you to choose from and these orders will not be eligible for cancellation/refund. If you are in any doubt, please ensure you contact us to check prior to placing an order.
